It's been 4 months since I received a damaged item from this seller and have been communicating with Alibaba many times. In the end, the case was settled for $150 less than fighting in court. Don't these sellers need monitoring and guidance on the platform side as well? I think it would be better for everyone to stay away from this seller.I will never do business with this seller again!
